1. On 20th November 2025 we shall be holding the County AGM, followed by the Clubs’ meeting. Please find below the following paperwork:

2. The following are invited to attend the meetings:

• Nottinghamshire Club representatives with EN and Notts membership
• Individuals with EN and Notts membership but not linked to a particular club
• Schools in Notts with EN and Notts membership
• EN Netball Development Officer
• EN Partnership Manager
• East Midlands Regional Chair
• Honorary Life Members from Notts 
• County Committee Members

3. All Notts Clubs must send at least one voting representative to the meetings. (This is in addition to any Committee members present from your club).
Voting will take place at the AGM in respect of the following agenda item: Election/Appointment of NCNA members; so can clubs please ensure that their nominated voting representative understands how the club would like to vote.

Nottinghamshire County Netball Association AGM and General Clubs Meeting will be held on Thursday 20th November 2025, 7.30pm at John A Stephens (The Green Energy Centre, John A Stephens, Castle Meadow Road, NG2 1AB).

​Invited to attend the AGM are:

• Club members of both England Netball and Nottinghamshire Netball;
• Representatives from Schools in Nottinghamshire which are England Netball members;
• Individual members of both England Netball and Nottinghamshire Netball who are not linked to a particular club;
  
• Honorary Life members of Nottinghamshire Netball and England Netball.

The Nottingham Netball Association Winter League 25/26 is moving indoors!
From the very first whistle to the final goal, all matches will now be played on indoor courts, meaning:

✅ Consistent playing conditions
✅ Faster, more dynamic games
